Whether you are a novice, recreational or advanced athlete, Train Boston’s nutrition specialist and wellness coach Chris Brown can help you achieve your training, recovery, and physique goals starting with just three 1-hour sessions!
We will work with you to create a custom plan to fit your nutritional needs to achieve your overall health goals.
The first session you will go through an assessment to figure out your goals, determine a starting point and to lay out a path for you to follow.
Next, you will learn the basics of nutrition, the behaviors working for and against you, and why everything you’re learning matters for you.
Finally, you will learn how to apply this knowledge in your daily life, making change for the better simple and pain free.
