WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT GROUP TRAINING AT TRAIN BOSTON

First things first. Before signing up for a group training class, we require that each individual schedule a complimentary, comprehensive, medically-based fitness evaluation. We’ll screen for injuries and potential vulnerabilities, and determine whether you are ready to participate in one of our group classes.

If we determine that you are ready for one of our demanding, fast-paced classes, you can start right away!

If not, we’ll develop a customized plan to address any injuries or issues, and get you ready for group. We also offer physical therapy for those who need it.

These high-energy workouts—led by an elite trainer—will help you push past your limits, while the small-group environment instills team spirit…and a little friendly competition!

Movement X

The Movement X group training program is designed to help those suffering from movement issues, current injuries, or who are graduating from physical therapy, to take their conditioning and fitness to the next level.

Strength X

This isn’t your basic strength training class. Strength X is focused on building as much strength as possible using the best tactics in the industry. We focus on increasing the big compound lifts with assistance from functional muscle building accessory movements—all while mastering proper technique and minimizing the risk of injury.

Cardio X

This group is designed to get your heart rate up, and keep it up! The workout will be one hour of higher repetition weight training and higher intensity cardiovascular work.
